Below you’ll find two calendars-one for CMEL & PMEL checkrides and another for MEI & ATP checkrides. Browse the available dates and times, select the slot that works best for you, and complete your booking with the required deposit.
Once your checkride is reserved, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email containing your Welcome Package, Onboarding Instructions, and a notice that a Flight Stars team member will contact you shortly to finalize the next steps, assign your MEI and ask you about your training timeline preference.

Welcome to the Flight Stars Checkride Scheduler.
By booking a checkride date first, you’re securing your spot with one of our DPEs and allowing us to build your personalized training timeline backward from that date. This ensures you have dedicated aircraft, instructor, and examiner availability—guaranteeing you complete your training and take your checkride without delays.
Important Scheduling Guidance:
The selected date is your checkride date only—not the start of training.
Plan sufficient time ahead for your accelerated multiengine program out of town, we strongly recommend arriving 7-10 days prior to your booked checkride date. This gives you ample buffer for training, weather, acclimation, and any unexpected adjustments.
